We decided to go to Illinios to see my grandma for an early Christmas as well as celebrate Great Aunt Gert's 90th birthday. It was one wild trip starting with our van breaking down just north of Gernie IL. We ended up staying at a hotel Friday night and hanging out in the lobby for the entire day until Ryan could get us a rental van. We made it to Grandma's house around 8pm Saturday night. Sunday Dec 5th was Aunt Gert's party as well as the day St. Nick came to fill the stockings. Yes we know it was a day early, but we weren't sure where we would be on the 6th.
