It has been quite a while since I last blogged. Funny how life can get crazy and there just is no time for things like blogging. The kids have gotten bigger, we added another one, borrowed a couple for a couple years. Everyone is growing up in a flash. Hopefully the blog is back. Nathan is going to help me work on it as well as an all new one featuring our low carb life journey. Stay tuned for some new posts and hopefully a some fresh new looks.
